Hi Poppy! How are you? I'm fine and i wrote this article about the famous Édith Piaf but you probably know who she is! 

Édith Giovanna Gassion and her nickname is "La Môme Piaf" is a singer and probably themost famous french singer. She is also an actress and a singer writer. Her father is french and her mother italian, so she's half French half Italian. She was born in Paris the 12/19/1915 and died at 47, the 10/10/1963.

She began her music career in 1935 with her first album: "Les Mômes de la cloche" and finished her life with: "Olympia 1961". Her music genre is french music. L'oréal and severals brands for their publicity. My favorites songs are: "La foule", "La Vie en Rose", "Hymne à l'amour" and "Non, je ne regrette rien".

Édith Piaf is a real french ambassador and she's timeless.
